I’m sure as First Minister there’s a lot to do.
Searching for your security pass takes it’s time. And there are all those Plenary sessions to attend on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (not this week though because it is the half-term recess after all).
But amongst all that chaos, one would imagine Carwyn Jones might find an hour in the course of a week to sit down and draft a few pages to Mr Hain at the Wales Office to formally let him know the Assembly have approved a referendum vote on further law-making powers .
I guess not.

So you think this is delay is an accident? Of course, it isn't. It's a deliberate act for a political purpose. I'm guessing that, as they know the date of the next UK election and know the timescales laid down in the Government of Wales Act II, there is a pro-Labour reason for it. QED or not?
But why bother writing the letter ?
It is not going to make anyone happy, since as soon as the Assembly gets 'law-making powers' it will say "we are not happy until we get independence".
And that is never going to happen under the Tories. Before you 'flame' me - just look up Owen Paterson on Google.
The idea that we will become semi detached from the UK so that we can 'do a Greece' and then be bailed out is not going to happen.
